Please read the following BEFORE submitting the transfer request form:
1. The $14.95 transfer request fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. 2. Do NOT submit a transfer request if the registration is already expired. 3. Do NOT submit a transfer request if the registration is less than 60 days old. 4. Ensure the Admin Contact email address with the current registrar is valid and up to date because the confirmation code for the transfer request is sent to that email address. Email the correct info to support@accelente.net. 5. The transfer request confirmation code is sent approximately 24 hours after submitting the transfer request. This code is the security method used to insure that your domain is being transferred according to your wishes. If the Admin Contact has not received the code, please ensure #4 does not apply and contact Accelente Support immediately. The process must complete within 4 days or it will have to be re-initiated. 6. The transfer is not initiated until the request has been authorized/confirmed. A request is confirmed when Accelente receives the confirmation code that is sent to your current Admin Contact. Accelente will confirm and complete the process within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation code. 7. The current registrar may reject a transfer request if: - Number 2 and 3 apply - The "transfer away confirmation email" sent to the current Admin contact is not confirmed. - The domain name is on hold for payment. - The domain is in dispute.
We do not want you to lose your non-refundable transfer request fee! Please obtain the correct Admin information and inform your current Administrator of your intentions before you request Accelente to transfer your domain.
