You also asked about your emails to your whole constituency list failing due to a reject from your POP mail service provider. Oftentimes, limits are set on the number of email recipients who can be emailed simultaneously or on the size of the email sent. For example, large attachments of over .5MB may fail. To avoid this, try sorting your list into smaller groupings and send it in several smaller ‘chunks’. (Another good way to insure success is to use one of WHCC’s ISP plans.) Also, you might try using a program like “WinZip” or “EasyZip” to compress the attachment(s). There are many ‘zip” programs like this available for a free download or trial version on the Internet. I hope this helps you get those emails through.
